No. All of our leases are flexible, month-to-month agreements. We do not charge a security deposit. Your total move-in cost will include: (1) your prorated first month’s rent, (2) a small, one-time administrative fee, and (3) a monthly Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) starting at $12/month.

Note: The TPP fee can be waived if you provide proof of a qualifying homeowners or renters insurance policy that covers stored goods.
